Student contact details are intended for administrative follow-up and are not publicly displayed. Tutor profile details may be shown to students for matching purposes, but tutor contact details are handled for follow-up and coordination.

Administrators may review tutor details, mark tutors as certified, add internal remarks, and manage whether a tutor is available for matching. Admin remarks are for operational use and are not intended for public display.
7. Retention
We keep information for as long as it is needed to provide the service, manage user accounts, handle matching records, support administrative follow-up, and meet operational or legal needs. Users may request deletion of their account or profile information by contacting us.

We use Firebase security controls, authenticated admin access, and role-based application logic to protect account and profile information. No online system is completely risk-free, so users should keep login credentials private and contact us if they suspect unauthorised access.
